If the truck is late, stay on-site at the move and call the driver to get an estimated time of arrival (ETA). If you are able to reach them, start staging some of the customer's items so that they can be quickly loaded into the truck when it arrives.
If you are unable to reach the driver, stay on-site at the move and contact Pro Operations through the App to help you troubleshoot the situation. Pro Operations will help contact the driver or find a replacement truck and driver that will be able to come to the location right away.
