The customer can find their QR code in 3 different places:
- On their Bellhop customer dashboard (customers will need their confirmation number and zip code of starting location to log in)
Steps to navigate to the customer dashboard:
- Visit Bellhop.com
- Click “My Reservation” in the top right corner of the webpage
- Enter the confirmation number and zip code of the starting location
- Select “Prep” > “Sign move documents” > “Sign Contract”
- Email sent 24 hours before the move: If the customer has any issues accessing the contract on the dashboard they can also find a link to their contract emailed to them after booking.
