Each customer receives a QR code that is scanned by the Captain/Lead at the beginning of each move. All other Pros will scan the Captain's QR code.
All Pros need to use the QR code to clock in at the beginning of the job and to confirm with the Captain that they have scanned out with the customer at the end of the job. If you are late to the job site, scan the Captain's QR code when you arrive. You will be paid based on the time you scanned the Captain's QR code.
If the customer or Captain is late but you arrived on time, fill out this form for your Market Manager to review. HQ is not able to adjust clock in/out times. If you contact HQ, you will be directed to the form. Please note the form must be submitted within 24 hours of a move. Submissions after 24 hours will not be adjusted.
