There are a lot of moving pieces when getting ready for a move. We understand that customers require some flexibility and may need to change their move date or simply cancel all together. If a move is cancelled prior to move day, it is likely that you will be assigned to another move during that same time slot or you can claim a job off the job board.
If a move is cancelled within 1 hour of the move start time, or if you arrive on-site for a move and the move is cancelled before any work begins, you will be paid the minimum for that job (1 hour for hourly labor jobs and 2 hours for complete home moves).
If a move is stopped mid-move, due to the customer's actions, and after work has begun, you will be paid for all hours worked up to the point of the stoppage.
