Below, you'll find Bellhop's Certificate of Insurance (COI). Often, property managers require proof of insurance against property damage before allowing movers onto their site, and this document fulfills that requirement.
This certificate shows that Bellhop has insurance in case of damage to the apartment, condo, or dwelling. However, this COI is not the same thing as purchasing insurance against potential damages to your items on move day. If you have questions about an existing insurance policy or claim, please contact our Customer Support team here.

Modified Certificate of Insurance
Bellhop customers can access our standard Certificate of Insurance (COI) at the link above or via the customer dashboard. Occasionally, certain building owners or managers may require a modified COI, which Bellhop Customer Support can provide.
To request a modified COI, please reach out to your Support team here. Please allow our broker 2 to 4 Business Days to make the requested adjustments. Once your modified COI is complete, our team will email you the modified COI. In the meantime, if your property manager has provided you with a sample modified COI, please attach that file when you reach out.
Please include the following details when you reach out to our team, to ensure we are able to process your request as quickly as possible - it's best to confirm these details with your property manager first.
- The name of the Certificate Holder - this is generally your building's management company
- The Certificate Holder's address - this is generally the location of your building
- The names of any additional insurers your property manager may have informed you of
Once you're ready to submit, please select "Certificate of Insurance Request" as your Primary Case Reason. If you have any questions, please email us at support@bellhop.com.
