Local Moves Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your service, you can do so free of charge up to 72 hours before your reservation date.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation date, you will forfeit your previously collected 10% deposit and be charged a $200 late cancellation fee.
If you are booking a move less than 72 hours out, we only charge the deposit and a late cancellation fee if the order is filled and a full team is assigned prior to cancellation. If we are unable to find a team in time for your order, you will not be charged. However, if we have already assembled a full team at the time of cancellation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to $200 + 10% of the estimated move cost.
Long Distance Moves Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your service, you can do so free of charge in the first 48 hours after booking. This is when you’re charged a 10% deposit of the estimate for your service: this 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Long Distance moves that are canceled within 72 hours of the move start time are subject to a $700 Truck Cancellation Fee.
Rescheduling Policy
We are proud to offer flexible reschedules.
For local moves, you can reschedule at any time after booking and just pay the difference in the hourly rate for the new reservation date and time.
However, if you reschedule within 72 hours of your move start time, we apply a $50 reschedule fee to the order. If you reschedule within 24 hours (or less) of your move start time, we apply a $200 late reschedule fee.
For long-distance moves, please contact our Support team to reschedule your move. Long Distance moves that are rescheduled within 72 hours of the move start time are subject to a $200 rescheduling fee. Long Distance moves that are rescheduled within 24 hours of the move start time may be subject to additional fees, up to and including the $700 Truck Cancellation Fee.
