Pad and wrap rate is how often you complete a move without padding and wrapping items sufficiently or at all. This process is essential to not damaging items so it's important that items are padded and wrapped on every move. Having a low pad and wrap rate on your last 30 jobs can lead to deactivation off the platform. Unlike the other stats, we want the pad and wrap rate to be high so the more you pad and wrap the better!
