Open up the Bellhop app and click on the "Message Hub" icon on the bottom right, second from the right. Once there, click on "Chat with Support" at the bottom. You will have the option to click "Move Support" and choose to text or call the team. You can also click on "General Support" to email the Bellhop Support team.
The Bellhop Support team is here to help with move day issues and emergencies. To ensure a quick response, only call in for those issues. For non-urgent issues, use the Help Center for the common forms or text or email.
