We continually monitor weather conditions and respond when your move may be affected. In cases of severe weather, we'll talk with you to reschedule your move.
Severe Weather Warnings
We understand that unexpected things happen, and that severe weather can seriously impact your moving plans. In cases of severe weather, defined as a "Warning" level or higher by the National Weather Service, you can reschedule your move up to 1 hour before the move start time without any penalties or fees. However, if you reschedule your move within 1 hour of the start time, even if there is a National Weather Service Warning for your area, a fee will apply in line with our rescheduling policy.
Less Severe Weather
When the inclement weather is less severe, we'll coordinate with you and your move team to judge the best course of action. Of course, the safety of you, your move team, and your valuables is most important; if you're concerned about weather on your move day, please reach out to Bellhop Support so that we can work together on a solution.
