We are actively communicating with the workers on our platform to ensure they’re taking every precaution to remain healthy and safe. This includes:
- Practicing CDC recommended hand-washing techniques and other prevention methods
- Staying home if they’re showing any symptoms of illness (whether related to COVID-19 or not)
- Cleaning and disinfecting the moving equipment.
- Unless required by local regulation, we are not asking Pros to wear masks.
- If a customer requires our Pros to wear masks, the customer will need to provide unused masks for their moving team.
- In those instances, Pros should wear the masks while in the customer's home or in close proximity to the customer who has asked them to wear a mask. If they are working outdoors or are not in proximity to the customer, Pros are not required to wear the mask in the given situation.
